At Millmerran Rural, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of purchase provided that:
- The item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition
- The item is free from perfumes, deodorant or other personal product scents
- The item is not soiled, damaged or altered
- All original tags, stickers and packaging are attached
- The item is returned in a condition that allows it to be resold as new
- A copy of the tax invoice (emailed at purchase) is provided
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for refund. An exchange for an alternate size may be offered at the discretion of Millmerran Rural, depending on stock availability.
Change of Mind or Incorrect Size
For change of mind or incorrect size returns, customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item and any postage required to send the replacement item.

Please contact us first to let us know you would like to return an item. -
Prepare Your Return
Ensure the item meets our return conditions:-
Unworn and in original condition

All tags and packaging attached

Include a copy of your tax invoice

Send the Item Back
Carefully package your item and return it to us. For change of mind or incorrect size returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return postage. -
Processing Your Return
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange. If an exchange is requested, it will be sent out once the returned item has been approved and postage has been paid for the exchanged item.
