Millmerran Rural Clothing's Return Policy

You can return an item to our store for a refund or exchange if:

• You have a change of mind within 28 days of purchase and the item is in original condition. Not worn, smelling of perfumes or personal products, soiled or damaged.
• Goods must be returned to us able to be re-sold as new items.
• Original tags, stickers and packaging must be intact and attached.
• You received a damaged and or faulty item
• You received an incorrect item

A copy of the tax invoice that was emailed is required to return.  Sale items are not eligible for a refund.  An exchange for an alternate size is at the absolute discretion of Millmerran Rural and is taken on a case by base basis pending availability of stock.

For change of mind items customers are responsible for the postage fee to return.
