By processing your payment and finalising your order, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping of your order.  We ship from Millmerran Queensland, Australia using Australia Post for all orders.  Orders placed between Monday- Friday are shipped within 24 hours unless stated otherwise on the product - excluding weekends and public holidays.  Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.

 

Shipping Method & Estimated Shipping Times:

Australia - Once a parcel leaves our store in Millmerran Queensland it is entirely in the hands of Australia Post.

Please note: Signature on delivery is compulsory for all orders within Australia and cannot be amended for individual orders. 

New Zealand - Please note we are restricted from sending some items to New Zealand e.g. perfumes and colognes.  We do our best to classify the item under the correct tariff.

Changes To Your Order - If you require changes to your order, we endeavor to do our best, however we make no guarantees that changes can be made once the order is placed.  If your request is urgent please contact the store on 07 4695 1355, otherwise email clothing@millmerranrural.com.au.

Loss, Damage & Delivery Disputes - You will be sent a tracking number that you can track your parcel with Australia Post at anytime.  If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected time frame, we would suggest you lodge an enquiry with Australia Post.
